The venue is clean and big size, views are particularly nice, the location is handy near Frankfurt Main train station, next door to a shopping mall, and a massive Conference Center for business and convention, the conference centre and Skyline Plaza and Right next to Messe. Reasonably good staff on assisting and providing guests with friendly customer service, everything is very good. The restaurant serves delicious international food.

The property was excellent value with REASONABLY GOOD staff who acted like he knows one or two things about customer service. Exceptionally nice and ideal location, close to a train station, exactly where we wanted to be.

The hotel was in an exceptionally nice and ideal location, to the Skyline Plaza shopping center. Local fast food option Wittkoop was 5 minutes walk away.

Got the same a double room booked online, liked that. It was fashionable, with a microwave oven, a fridge, and coffee/tea making equipment.

The hotel offers brand-new and extremely pleasant rooms with a microwave and handy kitchenette, for example, I am very pleased about that.

The venue was in a central location near to the central train station, the large and lovely Shopping centre and the kitchen, and outlets.

By and large, it was great base for sightseeing in Frankfurt am Main, had much fun and met very amiable and extremely helpful staff who acted like he knows one or two things about customer service. The location was exceptionally nice and ideal for walking around a landmark tower. The hotel was in a brand new area, right by easy 30 minute walk to the Altstadt and Skyline Plaza Shopping mall and Frankfurt airport.
